Even though it was the day after thanksgiving, he was able to come to the house within 2 hours of our conversation and got my furnace working again. (The problem was a bad pressure transducer on the steam boiler). The part wasn't cheap but the cost of service was reasonable. Within an hour of his arrival I had heat again.
